It is a racing game in which the tracks feature hazards such as dinosaurs, rolling boulders, and UFOs in exotic locations like Louisiana, New York City, Mexico, Nevada, Aspen, Quebec, Montreal, and Hollywood. The career mode in the console version allowed players to climb the ranks of a fictional racing league. Colorful rivals challenge players to achieve certain feats during races, placing side bets using the competition’s prize money. Money earned from the game and race performance is used to buy, upgrade, and maintain cars.
