Dream On Volume 13 is a Sega Dreamcast demo disc distributed in Europe as part of the Dream On series. It was sold with issue #12 of the UK's Official Dreamcast Magazine and issue #10 of Revista Oficial Dreamcast. Dreamcast Kult distributed this volume in Germany with issue #7. French customers had to purchase the disc separately through mail order. The Wacky Races demo is brought forward from Dream On Volume 11.
