Pipi & Bibis (Whoopee!) is a platform game in 2D style arcade, developed by Toaplan published in 1991. Its gameplay is similar to Elevator Action. The player is presented a scenario of multiple platforms without scroll depicting a building. Computers on each floor where the player must plant a listed pump . Once you have activated a bomb on each of the computers in the building, the player has a few seconds to go to the exit. This game shows rewards but its not suitable for children.
