Various Emotion was ported based on the PlayStation "True Battle for the Leading Role", but some of the content is different. A new animation has been inserted into story mode. A transformation movie of Sailor Saturn, which did not exist in the main part of the animation, has been seen, and it was added as a planet mark even in the determined pose of the transformation bank scene of the three outer solar system warriors. In addition, one new technique has been added to Uranus, Neptune, Pluto, and Saturn.
