OKTORAID
Oktoraid is a base-defence roguelite for one or two players, with local split-screen co-op. The players control two operators, joined by a power cable, who defend a Core against the machine army of OKTO. Each wave starts with a preparation phase in which the players build turrets, helper-bots and pallet walls before a siren starts the siege. During the siege the operators' weapons fire automatically alongside the turrets and bots, and the run ends if the Core is destroyed. Staying close along the power cable raises both players' damage, and the cable shocks robots that touch it. Between waves a market offers items that can be rerolled or locked. Weapons can be upgraded through tiers and combined, and there are 16 operators to choose from. The game has no online matchmaking; players far apart can use Steam Remote Play Together.
