Game Never Over 39-in-1 is a 2003 arcade video game developed and released by Hsin Pao Hang Enterprise based in Taiwan. It was shipped to the USA on December 1, 2003. The 39-in-1 is the first release of the original X-in-1 family of bootleg arcade PCBs. All games are unofficially licensed by the original copyright holders of the games, despite the fact that these boards were still sold anyways due to being cheap to produce. At some point, the 39-in-1 was discontinued to make way for the Happy Hours 48-in-1. To avoid any issues with copyright in the USA, they removed all copyright holder names from the roms, the only thing left is the release year of the game, some games appear as "1 9 8 0", instead of the original spacing. This does not work however since it is still copyright infringement as these boards are sold illegally and some use them to earn money. The 39-in-1 has 2 different music tracks that you can change in the test mode. The songs, Jakub Koter's Theme Music and Piano Loop 3, will play depending on the settings or which song you have enabled. Piano Loop 3 would later be reused on the early version of the 48-in-1.
