Ex-cop Joan Anderson sees a report on the news about a takeover at the Cervus Institute, and notices her once best friend Carol with the hostages. Joan knows she has to save her, but after years of brutal approaches to justice, she has abandoned the use of violence. But perhaps, she won't need it.
