La Familia NAO
One day, in a country called "Crescent Island", a girl named NAOMI visits the hospital to see her poor, twin brother, NAOTO. He has an unknown disease called the "AKU AKU DISEASE". (AKU means bad in Japanese.) However, NAOTO's not the only one. Every patient in the hospital is suffering from the same illness. So, NAOMI went and asks DR. MEDICOLE to help her twin brother. And the other patients too.
