FIFA 14 is the next installment of the best-selling series of sports simulations, developed by Electronic Arts and using the official license of the International Federation of Association Football (FIFA). Developers from EA Canada have kept the tradition of a one-year production cycle and evolutionary changes.Players once again have the opportunity to lead players of their favorite football teams from around the world, fighting in friendly, league or cup matches. This time, the database included the names of over 15,000. football players from dozens of countries. As in the previous installments of the series, there were many licensed clubs from the most prestigious leagues. The available gameplay options allow you to compete with computer artificial intelligence or live opponents. In line with the trend that has been created for several years, the creators also took care of a wealth of social functions related to, among others: with the EA Sports Football Club online module. The gameplay in FIFA 14 is based on solutions known from the previous installments of the series, although, as is customary, the developers also introduced a number of innovations aimed at increasing the attractiveness of competitions on virtual football pitches. For example, ball physics has been significantly changed, making the ball behave more realistic and predictable. The shooting system has also been thoroughly remodeled. Whenever they have the opportunity, football players adjust their step, speed and angle of approach to the ball to give the best possible shot towards the opponents' goal.
